New York State Education Department Successful Schools Initiative

Under a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the New York State Education Department’s Regents Research Fund has contracted with REACH to lead the NYSED Successful Schools Initiative.

We improve education experiences for students...one school at a time!

In the United States, there are many debates concerning the ways of improving the educational experience of our students.  The many approaches to improve schools include stricter accountability identifications and monitoring, changes in curriculum, development of school and district reviews, increased family engagement, school and teacher leader development, and increasing teacher collaboration.  The limited number of support organizations available to guide and assist schools has impeded the call for improvements.  REACH provides education solutions to schools and districts by bringing educators with proven records of successfully leading school change and innovative programs and products to the forefront of our services.
