Purpose:  There is no question that students have various interests and those interests enter every classroom with students.  When teachers work together to ensure that the curriculum students encounter is dynamic and provide opportunities for students to engage in points of interest while learning, research has proven that increased academic achievement is the result of those experiences. This action research project is intended to foster collaborative relationships between teachers so that students are the beneficiaries of dynamic curriculum units
