Purpose:  The purpose of this module is to provide the school staff with tools for assessing the supports families may need in order to effectively partner with the school.  Once the assessments are administered and analyzed, schools can develop targeted assistance and strategies that address the families’ needs so that they are better able to partners with the school to support students.
