Purpose:  The purpose of this module is to ensure that all school constituents understand the importance of partnership and the steps and commitment it takes to develop robust collaboration.  The school or district administering a survey or questionnaire to constituents to identify the level of understanding or commitment towards creating and maintaining robust partnerships is crucial.  The data garnered from those tools can assist schools and districts with next steps and revising current practices.  This module addresses the process for collecting this information.
