Assistant Principal Mid-Management Year-Long Institute

Targeted Audience:  Assistant Principals

Working as a mid-manager in any organization can be difficult.  Research has shown that people in these positions often struggle between employing their own ideals and values to the people they directly supervise and representing their head of the organization's vision.  Participants in this two-day conference will learn strategies for:

  • Effectively using data to provide actionable feedback to teachers;
  • Managing-up and across the organization;
  • Contributing towards the achievement of the school's vision; and
  • Creating individual action plans for better time management and effectiveness.

Please note this event is ongoing and ends May, 2017.  Monthly dates can be found on the registration form.
