Finally, a quality professional development focused on the needs of assistant principals.  Teacher effectiveness will not increase, if  mid-managers are struggling to provide actionable feedback, timely support, and time management.   These sessions will be facilitated by former successful public school leaders.  Participants will develop their skills to:

  • Determine the best approach for support: coaching vs. mentoring;
  • Support the school leader's vision and helping to create buy-in;
  • Develop the art of conducting difficult conversations that lead to action; and
  • Assess interim data and aligning it annual action plans.
