Dr. Monica George-Fields is the President and Chief Education Officer of REACH.   A former school leader with success at school turnaround, experience with New York State Education Department and District Superintendent experience, Monica is a Senior Academic Facilitator for REACH.  As a REACH SAF and President of REACH, Monica is available to work with a limited number of REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Lori Bennett is a successful former school leader and Local Instructional Superintendent with New York City Department of Education, New York State Education Department and mentoring district and school leaders.  As a REACH SAF, Lori works directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Dr. Debra Jackson is a successful former district and school leader in New York and New Jersey for seventeen years and has served as an assistant superintendent, principal, curriculum coordinator, specialist of programs for the gifted.  As a REACH SAF, Debra is available to work directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Dr. Lisa Gioe has been a public school teacher, staff developer and administrator for 21 years.  A product of the CUNY schools, Dr. Gioe completed her Bachelors of Science and her first Master’s degree at Brooklyn College.  She completed her second Master’s degree at the City College of NY.  She is the founding Principal of the Math and Science Exploratory School, a middle school in Boerum Hill Brooklyn which opened fall 2003.    

Our academic facilitators have worked TIRELESSLY in the public school system fighting to achieve educational excellence for all students. Our commitment is to continue that work as facilitators of learning in the schools and districts we service. Creating new knowledge and building in-house capacity are our primary goals.

Michael Selkis is a successful former school leader and New York City Department of Education Network Leader.  As a REACH SAF, Michael is available to work directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Dr. Peter L. McFarlane is a Senior Academic Facilitator of REACH.   Peter was a successful school leader for over 15 years and has experience working with New York State Education Department and mentoring district and school leaders.  As a REACH SAF, Peter is available to work directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Veronica Goka is a successful former school turnaround leader with the New York City Department of Education.  Veronica has extensive experience as a professional developer and literacy coach.  As a REACH SAF, Veronica works directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face, electronic, and phone consultation aligned to leadership development and school improvement efforts.

Dr. Varleton McDonald is a consultant, executive coach and mentor. He is CEO/Founder of Maverick Youth Services and Board Chair for The New American Academy Charter.  Dr. Varleton “Mac” McDonald is an educator with over 28 years of experience in the New York City Department of Education as a teacher, district and executive level administrator. 

Yuisa Davila is a successful teacher with over 15 years of educational experience working with English language learners, gifted and talented, and school improvements.  As a REACH Academic Facilitator, Yuisa is available to work directly with REACH clients to provide face-to-face consultation aligned to curriculum and instruction and teacher development.
